When it comes to outpatient therapy for substance abuse or addiction, many questions can arise. We have put together a helpful list of frequently asked questions to help you navigate our outpatient therapy services. Whether you have a question about billing, have a loved one who needs our help, or need help finding our office, you will find the answers you need here. Q: How do I find your offices?

A: We are located at 910 N. Washington St., Suite 210 on the north side of downtown Spokane. Look for the Rivercrossing sign on N. Washington St. just north of Riverfront Park. We are in the 910 building at the back of the parking lot.

Q: Do you provide free counseling?

​

A: We provide a free initial consultation. We accept most medical insurance plans. We are a private clinic with competitive prices. Our fees are available upon request. All billing concerns should be brought to the attention of our staff.

Q: How much does it cost?

​

A: We accept almost all private insurance plans. We also accept private pay. We can spread the cost of the program out over the length of the treatment. Read more about the options available here.

Q: I have a friend or family member who needs your help. What can I do?

​

A: Contact us to see if setting up an appointment may be an option. We are happy to listen to your needs and offer you a possible solution. We also invite you to read more about our Family and Friends Program.
